I have been studying the healing arts of consciousness since 2010.

I got into hypnotherapy because of my own severe health issue back in my early 20’s. These included irregular heartbeat and irregular bladder issues.

I was in and out of the hospital and doctors offices, going through multiples tests, with no clear conclusions. The only answers I really got were to explore different options in medication. I decided to try them, but I found out the side effects were not ideal, meanwhile my health was declining.

At a certain point I decided to take matter into my own hands and began to research. I eventually found out the physical health issues that I had were to do with deep seated anxiety as well as depression. Over time of exploring many alternative options I eventually came across Hypnotherapy. After many sessions, sure enough, I ended up transforming more in 5 months than I did in 5 years. At that point I wanted to know everything I could about what this therapy was about and why it was working.

I took all the levels that were available for Hypnotherapy at the time and I also found that I had quite a passion for it all. To this day I reversed and healed myself but not only that, I also brought so much more joy and excitement into everything I do.

While on my own personal journey, I’ve used hypnosis, personal development tools, and techniques to overcome my own depression, anxiety, eating, and self-medicating habits. Most importantly I reversed my severe stress & anxiety to a healthy level.

I naturally found great excitement learning and working with the subconscious so I decided to try it out as a profession. It’s interesting how it lead me to where I am today.
